We are hiring experienced sales representatives who can find opportunities, earn a homeowner’s trust, and close a sale.

Roofing is a core part of the role. You can also sell Wonder’s other home improvement services, including windows and doors, remodeling, gutters, and HVAC, based on the customer’s needs and the work we offer.

We want people who take responsibility for their results and follow through after the signature.

What you will do

  • Generate your own opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and neighborhood outreach.
  • Meet with homeowners, understand their project, and present clear options.
  • Follow up on estimates, handle objections, and ask for the sale.
  • Keep your pipeline, customer notes, and next steps current in our sales tools.
  • Set accurate expectations and provide a complete handoff to the office and production team.
  • Look for other Wonder services that fit the customer’s needs.

Who we are looking for

  • A proven record of closing roofing, home improvement, or other in-home sales.
  • The ability to generate business independently and keep a pipeline moving.
  • Clear communication, consistent follow-up, and professional treatment of customers.
  • Someone who can discuss their sales results and explain how they produced them.
  • Reliable transportation for appointments and field prospecting.
  • Willingness to learn Wonder’s services, pricing, and sales process.

Pay and company leads

Base pay and commission terms will be discussed during the interview.

You are expected to generate your own business. Company-provided leads may become available after you demonstrate consistent prospecting, follow-through, and closing results. Lead assignments are based on performance and availability and are not guaranteed.
